A graduate of Howard University College of Medicine, he completed his cardiology fellowship at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Paltoo specializes in diagnosing and treating a variety of cardiovascular conditions, including heart failure, coronary artery disease and cardiac arrythmias.In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Paltoo has actively engaged in the education of medical students.

Dr. Cyrus Hadadi

Dedicated Internist

Dr. Hadadi specializes in the evaluation and management of heart rhythm disorders, including atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), and ventricular tachycardia. His clinical interests include special therapies such as epicardial catheter ablation for complex ventricular tachycardia, and developing new device-based interventional cardiac resynchronization therapies.

As Associate Director of Cardiac Arrhythmia Research, Dr. Hadadi is pioneering the application of advanced analytic techniques to large, complex patient data sets to improve outcomes for MedStar Heart & Vascular Institute cardiac electrophysiology procedures.

Marina Andrade Miller is a highly experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner. With over ten years of experience as a Registered Nurse in both the Emergency Department and Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Marina offers exceptional primary care to patients of all backgrounds.

A strong advocate for Primary Care Medicine, Marina is dedicated to ensuring that everyone has access to comprehensive and empathetic healthcare. Marina is conversational in Spanish and fluent in Portuguese and connects with a diverse patient population and provides culturally sensitive care.

Marina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wilmington University and her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University. She is Board certified and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, showcasing her commitment to continuous professional growth and excellence.

Her approach to healthcare is holistic and patient-centered, emphasizing personalized care tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Meet Yvonne (Yeyin) Chen, CRNP, PMHNP-BC, DWP, LMT
Yvonne (Yeyin) Chen is a highly skilled and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Southern New Hampshire University.
 
Yvonne has extensive experience in psychiatric care, having worked as a registered nurse at Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center and University of Maryland Medical Center Midtown. Her career also includes roles as a clinical instructor at Anne Arundel Community College and a nurse coordinator with the Anne Arundel Department of Health’s Road to Recovery Wellmobile Program.
 
Yvonne’s DNP project focused on enhancing psychiatric inpatient satisfaction through the AAMC S.M.A.R.T. Discharge Tool, which was presented at multiple conferences.
 
Originally from China, Yvonne is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, enabling her to deliver culturally sensitive care to her diverse patient population. She is also a licensed massage therapist in Maryland, combining her medical-surgical expertise with holistic practices to provide a unique approach to patient care.
 
In her free time, Yvonne enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.

An experienced healthcare professional with a remarkable career in patient care, wound management, and nursing education. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland, Wynne has built a strong foundation in the field.
 
She is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with over 22 years of expertise, holds the ANCC Medical-Surgical Nurse Certification for 25 years, and has four years of experience as a certified Wound Care Specialist.
 
Her extensive professional journey includes roles as a Wound Ostomy Care Nurse at UM Shore Regional Health, where she oversees inpatient wound and ostomy care, and as a Patient Education Specialist, leading educational programs and focusing on diabetes education. Additionally, Wynne has served as a nursing instructor at Stevenson University, Salisbury University, and MacQueen Gibbs Willis School of Nursing, shaping future healthcare providers.
 
A proud member of the MNA/ANA and the Wound Ostomy Continence Nurses Society, Wynne’s dedication to holistic, patient-centered care has made a lasting impact on her community.
